Only coarsely cut, carefully selected Rhodiola rosea roots of the highest quality.
The coarse cut allows visual quality inspection and preserves the plant’s healing properties longer than powdered material.

Rhodiola has been valued for thousands of years in Scandinavia, China, Tibet, and Russia. The effects of this remarkable plant are highly diverse.

Recommended use:
According to EU herbal monographs, the safe daily dose of Rhodiola is 200–600 mg (0.2–0.6 g).
Rhodiola contains no caffeine, yet it is a powerful stimulant for both body and mind.
Do not use during pregnancy!
In cases of serious illness, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

Ways of use

* Tea:
Crush the root, pour boiling water over it, and let steep for 15 minutes. Drink in the morning.
(Start with 0.2 g per cup.) The tea residue can be infused a second time.

Tincture:
No time for tea or looking for a faster effect? Prepare your own tincture (recipe in our blog).

Powder form:
Fill into capsules or mix into smoothies and food.

Cosmetics:
Create your own skincare products (hydrolates, lotions, creams) with Rhodiola — anti-inflammatory, rejuvenating, helps protect and regenerate subcutaneous collagen, thereby reducing skin aging and the formation of wrinkles.
