Shipping
Depending on availability, we ship our products from Latvia or Germany.
For deliveries to Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, shipping is carried out via Omniva parcel lockers.
For other countries within the European Union, shipping is carried out via suitable delivery services.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to Latvia, Germany, Estonia, Lithuania and other countries within the European Union.
We generally do not offer deliveries outside the European Union.
If you are nevertheless interested in placing an order, please contact us directly by e-mail at info@anna-bergmans.eu.
We will then check individually whether and under what conditions delivery is possible.
Delivery to Omniva Parcel Lockers
For orders to Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, delivery is made to Omniva parcel lockers.

Please check which parcel locker is most convenient for you before placing your order.
Delivery is considered completed once the shipment has been placed in the selected parcel locker and is ready for collection.

The delivery time begins when the goods are shipped.
Estimated delivery times:
Latvia: approx. 3–4 business days
Estonia & Lithuania: approx. 3–5 business days
Germany: approx. 3–5 business days
Other EU countries: approx. 7–9 business days
In exceptional cases (e.g. force majeure, customs clearance or transport delays) delivery times may vary.

Rhodiola rosea Plants – Special Shipping Conditions
Rhodiola rosea plants are shipped exclusively from Latvia.
Automatic ordering through the online shop is only available for deliveries to Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.
Delivery to Germany and other EU countries is available only upon individual request.
