From June 1st to October 1st, the organic farm Upmaļi invites groups to discover our AnnA Bergmans healing and magical plant gardens.
Plant stories, aromas, workshops, teas, evenings by the fire, and a special opportunity to experience the world-famous Rhodiola rosea where it is grown.
Price – 50 EUR for groups up to 10 people or 5 EUR per person for groups larger than 10 people.

Rhodiola rosea – roseroot
The queen of our garden is roseroot (Rhodiola rosea). It is a slow-growing plant belonging to the Crassulaceae family. For several thousand years, it has been used in traditional Chinese medicine as well as in the healing traditions of northern cultures – as a highly valued remedy to reduce nervousness and restlessness, restore energy and zest for life, and support the immune system and mental performance.
